All our tours are available in English and Greek. However, in order to meet our customers’ needs, there is the option for more languages only for private tours and upon request via email at hello@aliostours.com.

Q2: What if it rains before an outdoor tour? 2018-11-23T21:58:41+00:00

Depending on the weather events, tours may be cancelled. If extreme weather conditions occur before the beginning of the tour, prohibiting the realisation of the tour, a full refund will be provided to the participants who paid online.

Once you complete your online payment, an e-mail will be sent to the address you provided with all the details. This message is sufficient for your booking. You do not need to present it on the day of the tour.

Q3: How do I pay for my customised itinerary through the “Greek Experience” section? 2018-11-23T21:52:54+00:00

After handling your request and reaching your desired customised itinerary, we will email you with an invoice for our services along with the payment instructions.

In each tour page, the meeting point is mentioned along with the activity’s description. If you have any doubts about where to meet, please send us an e-mail to hello@aliostours.com.

For cancellations at least 7 days before the scheduled tour, no cancellation fee applies.

For cancellations between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled tour, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

For cancellations within 2 days of the scheduled tour, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

In case you need to cancel a tour, you may do so by sending your cancellation request directly to hello@aliostours.com.

You can’t book a tour because the tour is either unavailable on that day of the week or it reached a capacity. We might block certain dates due to scheduled private tours or National holidays.

Yes, of course! We offer the option of a tailor-made Greek experience. Just visit the section Greek Experience from the menu.

Yes, Alios Tours is a licensed travel agency in Greece registered under Greek National Tourism Organisation (Travel & Tour Operator license no. 0312E60000063401).

For all services booked through our website, the payment is processed through the Tooristas application by credit card. We do not have any access to these data. The Tooristas application charges a 5% service fee, which is covered by the client.

In order to offer a truly local experience to our customers, we have recruited experts to their field. However, our local experts are not licensed-tour guides.

After each tour, our local expert will pass you a questionnaire where you can leave any recommendations on how to be better service and improve the quality of our services. We also encourage honest and fair assessments of our tours on Tripadvisor and other social media platforms.
